Twilight Social Netball Series 2024! Join us for an exciting season of 7 aside evening netball, perfect for catching up with friends, staying active, and having fun in a non-competitive environment.

DATES:

8 Week League running from Thursday 10 October – 28 November 2024

GAME TIMES/FORMAT

  • 4 x 10-minute quarters (2 minute quarter time breaks & 3 minute half time break)
  • 6pm round & 7pm round

GRADES

  • Intermediate – Female & Mixed (Year 7&8)
  • College Grade – Female & Mixed
  • Senior Mixed
  • Senior Women’s

 GRADE NUMBERS

Please understand that if the grade you select does not have enough registrations, Whangarei Netball Centre may have to merge your grade with another grade.

FEES

Team Fees:

Intermediate, College & Senior - $320 for the season.

  • Team fee is payable by Thursday 3 October 2024 via online banking on receipt of invoice.
  • Please ensure you use your team name or invoice number when making a payment.  Once payment is received you will be added to the draw - if you have not paid, you will not be on the draw.


CLOSING DATE

Team registrations close on Thursday 3rd October.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

Game requests

There will be no game deferrals considered for twilight. Time requests may only be made for exceptional circumstances, the approval of your request will be made at the discretion of WNC.

Teams are to supply their own umpires and ball. WNC can supply bibs if required.

Scoring:
· Teams are to provide a scorer. Though score cards used there is no winner or runner up.

Rules:
· Standard INF Rules apply
· No injury time
· Mixed Grade teams - no more than three (3) men per team may be on the court at any one time and teams must have a minimum of one (1) male on the court at all times.  If playing more than one (1)​​​​​ male player at a time then limited to one (1) in each third i.e. GS/A, C/W & GD/K

· Player substitutions may be made at intervals only.
