WNC will be holding a NetballSmart workshop with Suzie Belcher & Melanie Kemp from ACC NetballSmart on Monday 25 March. The workshop will focus on the NetballSmart Warm Up & Cool Down programme for athlete's, coaches, umpires & anyone else who would like to come along.

5.30pm to 6pm - AIMS Representatives Compulsory Workshop, in particular;  Mahurangi School, Wellsford School, Huanui College, Kamo Intermediate, Parua Bay School, Te Kapehu Whetu, Whangarei Intermediate

All schools who are intending on participating in AIMS for 2019 will need to attend as this is a compulsory workshop before registering.

6.10pm to 6.40pm - Year 7 & 8 Development Players. However all Player Development Athlete's are welcome to attend also.

6.50pm to 7.30pm - Umpires are invited along to complete the Umpire specific NetballSmart Warm Up & Cool Down program.

Suzie & Mel will be traveling from Auckland so mark this date down in your calendar and we look forward to seeing you all there.

NetballSmart Warm Up is specific and when used correctly, injury prevention friendly for all participants.
