Year 9 & 10 Development Camp – Preparing for Competitive Netball

Our Year 9 & 10 Development Camp is designed to help players get ready for the upcoming netball season by enhancing their skills, improving game strategies, and boosting fitness. This programme focuses on developing both individual performance and team dynamics, ensuring players are prepared for the challenges of competitive netball.

The programme will cover:

• Advanced skill development (shooting, passing, defence techniques)
• Game strategy and understanding different playing styles
• Teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
• Fitness, agility, and strength training
• Mental preparation and confidence building for competition

Dates: Wednesdays & Fridays, 26 February – 4 April 2025

Time: 4.30 – 6.00pm

Location: Whangarei Netball Centre

Cost: $70.00 (Covers equipment and a training T-shirt)
