Annual General Meeting 2025 Notice 

Whangarei Netball Centre invites all Life Members, Clubs and Schools to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting starting at 6pm on Tuesday 18th March 2025 at Whangarei Netball Centre, 44 Kensington Avenue, Whangarei.

Additional Notices:

1. Elected and Appointed Board Member Positions

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, there is one (1) positions available for an Appointed Board Member and three (3)  positions available for Elected Board Members.

The WNC Board consists of up to three (3) Appointed Board Members, who are selected by the WNC Board Appointment Panel, and up to four (4) Elected Board Members, who are chosen by the Whangarei Netball Centre AGM.

Applications for both Elected and Appointed members must be received no later than 5pm on Sunday 2 March 2025.

2. Advice of General Business Items

In an effort to ensure an effective meeting with quality disscussions please submit requests for agenda items to be covers in General Business on the official form no later than 5pm on 25 February 2025.


All items and documents pertaining to the Whangarei Netball Centre Annual General Meeting must be received by the Whangarei Netball Centre not less than twenty-one days (25 February 2025) before the date set for the AGM (including any proposed alterations to the Constitution).
