6 Week league running from Wednesday 19 February – 26 March 2025.
Game times/format
- 4 x 10-minute quarters (2-minute quarter time breaks & 3-minute half time break)
- 6pm round & 7pm round
Teams will umpire own games
Rules:
- Standard INF Rules apply
- No injury time male player at a time then limited to one (1) in each third i.e. GS/A, C/W & GD/K
- Mixed Grade teams - no more than three (3) men per team may be on the court at any one time and teams must have a minimum of one (1) male on the court at all times. If playing more than one (1)
- Player substitutions may be made at intervals only.
